MG Healthcare Services Ltd is led by Dr Martin Peter Gray, Consultant Paediatric Intensivist at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and a senior clinical leader in paediatric critical care.
Dr Gray is on the UK Specialist Register for Paediatrics and Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine and currently serves as Clinical Lead for the Paediatric High Dependency Unit (PHDU) within the North West London Critical Care Network.
He also previously held an Associate Medical Director role for Integrated Children’s Services, with responsibilities spanning clinical governance, workforce development, and service quality.
Dr Gray has been a CCIO, leading a major EMR implementation and has been a service lead for PICU during his tenure at St George’s Hospital.
Alongside his NHS practice, Dr Gray is Co-Founder and Director of UK Bright Futures Ltd, trading as Bright Futures Health, a consultant-led private paediatric service operating across multiple London locations.
